This 65 year old female was a severe grinder most of her life. She presented to the clinic with severely cracked teeth and cavities on 3 of the front 6 teeth. All porcelain crowns were placed on the front 6 teeth and a night guard was also made for her to protect her teeth and new crowns. Total treatment time 3 weeks
